Kindly note that attempting to initiate a payment reversal after receiving the delivered product without first seeking assistance from our team will result in your account being blacklisted from our shop. This blacklist status entails a permanent loss of purchasing privileges from us. Furthermore, any purchased product will be rendered invalid under such circumstances. As providers of digital goods and services, refunds will only be issued if the fault lies with us and the buyer presents sufficient evidence of a malfunctioning product or service. If Discord revokes the nitro from our Discord accounts we will not replace the boosts for you as it is out of our control Please allow a maximum of 96 hours (4 days) for the delivery of your order. Once your order has been successfully delivered, no refunds will be granted. Please be aware that boosts cannot be transferred or revoked once they have been delivered. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer compensation if your server administrator or bot removes the boosting accounts from the server.
